Mugwort is known for its light purple stems and the silvery shine underneath its leaves. Mugwort has a unique taste with a hint of both bitterness and sweetness and minty undertones. It’s often brewed as a mugwort tea, and can also be used a culinary spice. To prepare as a tea, add 1 teaspoon of Mugwort to 8 ounces of boiling water. Cover and steep for 5-10 minutes. Strain, then enjoy!
